the WOMAN

Suzi’s studies focus on science and anatomy driven courses; she works different healing modalities into her teachings. You can call it yoga, stretching, and strength training coupled with physical therapy. When put all together and in different combinations, you have an amazing recipe for feeling great!

You will live life with little-to-no aches and pains as well as prevent future injury.

“I feel so honored to help someone with everything I have learned. I am also continuing my education to discover even more combinations to help students feel great.

It is a gift every time someone says they feel better or stronger.”
