My Story started about 10 years ago when I was beginning to hear about yoga. I was working as an Event Planner and it was taking a physical toll on my body. I would come home from a long day/night of work and my shoulders and neck would ache. I was at the gym and after doing my cardio session I decided to try a yoga class they were having. That was all it took for me!!
I felt amazing after just the one class and all those aches and pains were gone. I felt like skipping down the street. I continued to practice religiously for about 5 years going from one class a week to three. One day I realized "this is what I want to do with my life." I felt so strongly about how great it helped me to feel, I had to share it. I found a school I wanted to go to, signed up, completed the certification process and voila here I am a Yoga Teacher.. I love it!
I continue to study, take workshops and of course go to classes
I specialize in creating a personalized yoga practice tailored to your fitness level and body type. It does not matter if you are 35 or 75 there is a wonderful, beneficial yoga session waiting to be designed just for you. There are so many ways yoga helps your body. Flexibility, strength, breathing and helping the body regulate digestion, blood pressure, and stress are some of the many ways yoga can benefit your body and life. Of course it will totally help with back pain and other aches in the body!
Yoga can and will help with all kinds of aligments, from insomnia, sciatica, migranes, and so many more..It will keep your back pain free when done on a regular basis.
